Every year we pick a couple of games to that we call the must buys for the year. These games are of our interest and although we would love to do more game reviews on other games; we have had difficult times dealing with public relations people from many the publishers of the top game developers. Is not that we hate these public relations people, but some are just better than others and we have many friends in this industry, but because there are public relation people who think that they are soo posh and act like their shit don’t stink; we got to the point that were only going to reviews on games that come to our interest. Personally I’m not going to spend a dime on a game published by Activision, Take 2 Interactive, EA or anyone unless the game is really good and we think that it has potential, especially with Mafia 2 and Medal of Honor being as disappointing as they were.
That being said I may buy Socom 4 as it is shaping up to be a game that will make the franchise that is Socom. This game looks amazing and the single player campaign as well the multiplayer seem like it will be as good as Call of Duty: Black Ops. In the video below you get to see some gameplay footage from the developers as the game has a similar system of Rainbow Six Vegas.
Well it looks like the developers of Socom and MAG are at it again with a new and probably more awesome Socom number 4. There was news coming last night around 8 PM eastern time about Sony announcing a new title and this has finally been revealed and confirmed by Zipper Interactive that Socom 4 is in development and that it is scheduled for release this fall.
Take a look at the debut trailer & screenshots below
Here is the news from Mr Jeremy Dunham over at Zipper interactive below.
