Return to Unova in Pokemon Black 2 and White 2!

Looks like Goku has been teaching Pokemon how to fuse.

Today, Pokemon fans(like yours truly) got news that made them jump for joy. Junichi Masuda, one of the directors at Game Freak, made a rare appearance on the popular Japanese television show dedicated entirely to the Pokemon fandom Pokemon Smash! and announced the new project Game Freak has been working on. This new project is the continuation of the fifth generation of Pokemon games, similar to the likes of Yellow for the first generation to Platinum for the fourth generation, only instead of being a “new” version like those they are more taking the route of a “sequel” version with the titles of Pokemon Black 2 and White 2.

Along with the announcement of the new versions, the artwork by Ken Sugimori was revealed for the version mascots of the new games, which can be seen above. Confirmation hasn’t been official on the new mascots, but according to the fans over at Bulbagarden the mascots are new forms for Kyurem, the Dragon/Ice legendary that players can get after beating the main game in Black and White. Similar to Rotom, Giratina, and Shaymin all having placeholder data in Diamond and Pearl just to get a new form in Platinum, Kyurem has placeholder data in Black and White presumably for these new forms.

The new forms appear to be Kyurem either fusing or possessing Zekrom and Reshiram. To make matters more interesting the Zekrom-like form will be the Black mascot while the Reshiram-like mascot will be the White mascot, opposite of the mascots for Black and White.

The Japanese version has been given a release window of June and will be on the Nintendo DS. International release hasn’t been given a window, but since the information has been put up on the English language Pokemon site an international release is all but guaranteed at this point.

An Alan Wake 2 screenshot surfaces!

If you enjoyed the psychological thriller that was Alan Wake you will probably be interested to know that Alan Wake 2 is happening. The new screenshot shows you that the game might look better than the first one. As of now we’re not sure if this is going to make it to the XBOX 360 or if it’s going to be coming out on the next XBOX 720 or whatever Microsoft is calling their future console.

14-minute gameplay video of Mass Effect 3's leaked beta shows off solo campaign

A closed beta for Mass Effect 3 was recently leaked on Xbox Live to those testing the Xbox Live dashboard update. While it’s now offline, the speedy folks who downloaded and played the beta still managed to videotape its single-player campaign.

Above is the first 14 minutes of that in action, showing off a Reaper invasion as well as three gameplay mode options: “Action Mode,” “Story Mode,” and “RPG Mode.” Apparently, these adjust the game’s difficulty and dialogue inputs, giving the player the option to have an experience that’s either more action-oriented, story-driven, or both.

Note that what you’re seeing in the above video is a ME 3′s non-final build, so there are some technical anomalies.

“We’d like to stress that the leaked code is in a rough, unfinished state and was not meant for public release,” BioWare’s Jesse Houston wrote on BioWare’s forums in response to the accidental leak of ME 3’s beta. “The content is not final, and is not reflective of the quality of the finished, polished game due for release on March 6, 2012 (March 9 in Europe).”

It's Official there is a Borderlands 2 coming!

It is official the folks over at Take 2 and Gearbox have announced that Borderlands 2 is coming. We mentioned this a while back as there was a rumor going around that suggested a sequel, but nothing was confirmed. We were expecting to hear about Borderlands 2 making it to the Wii U, but as of now there is no info that suggests a Wii U version. As of now the game is in development, which means that we’ll have to wait a while until the game makes it to a store shelf. If you are planning to attend Gamescon or Pax Prime this year you will get a first look of the sequel. As of now there is no released date, but keep checking with us as we are working to get info on a possible release date. You can expect Borderlands 2 on the Playstation 3, XBOX 360 and the PC.

Did you know that Bad Santa 2 might happen?

If you enjoyed Bad Santa a couple of years ago you might be happy to know that the sequel to this movie might be in the works or at least in the mind of the people that created the original one. This movie was awesome a back then and the ending was enjoyable. I know that Willie -aka Billy Bob Thornton can get into more trouble than the original movie. It would be nice to see that sexy bartender and check out what her fine ass is up to. And then of course theres the crazy kid with the bullies.

The Hangover 2 Plot get's revealed [Thailand]

If you watched the Hangover movie you probably know how awesome and funny it was and since it was done in Vegas. This time the makers of the movie are going to be taking The Hangover to Asian and by that we mean Bangkok, Thailand and only god knows what kind of trouble they will be getting into.

Walmart sort of leaked a MAG Sequel [rumor]

This is only a rumor as of now, but it looks like Walmart has made a mistake and has posted a sequel to the Playstation 3 exclusive game , MAG on their site for sale as a pre order. This info has not been confirmed by the game’s developer, Zipper interactive or Sony Game studios, but for a retailer to make such mistake kind of raises an eyebrow as nothing has been anounced. Some gameplay footage for Portal 2

Take a look at this awesome trailer/gameplay footage of Valve’s upcoming sequel, Portal 2. This game looks promising and it starts Stephen Merchant as Wheatley, but what’s interesting of this game is the robotics and science behind it all as it’s very detailed. Expect Portal 2 in the beginning of next year on the Playstation 3, XBOX 360 and the PC.

There might be a Red Dead Redemption part 2

This is just a rumor as of now, but close sources to us have revealed that a Red Dead Redemption part two is probably in development as of now. The rumor make sense, being that if you played Red Dead Redemption and finished it, it almost seems like the game needs more and people like this game very much. This news has not been confirmed by Rockstar, but the rumor here is that it will probably come out as DLC and it might be called The Revenge of Jack, who is John Marston’s son.

James Cameron says an Avatar sequel is coming

There is no doubt that 3D movies and that type of entertainment in general is taking over, being that before it was just the transition from standard definition to High definition. The new thing is 3D, which is great but it also means that you will have to wear 3D glasses every time you want to enjoy the stuff. James Cameron has raised the bar with Avatar and now the news is that an Avatar 2 movie is in the works. Let’s hope the storyline is better than Avatar number one.
