PlayStation 3’s upcoming Twisted Metal may include over-the-top car-on-car action, deadly weapons, and various death-dealing vehicles, but there are things that the vehicle combat reboot won’t include.
Over on Twitter, TM series creator David Jaffe said that the multiplayer-centric game won’t feature online co-op campaign (though, there is local split-screen support) and that there aren’t any plans for downloadable content. There will also be no Tower Tooth or Dark Tooth, either.
The good news, though, is that there will still be some online co-op modes, and the final boss, which Jaffe tweets is “epic!”, is “NOT a bullet sponge” (emphasis by Jaffe). Whew!

We expected a Motorstorm title for the Vita in the future, but what we didn’t know was that the game will be RC based. According to the trailer below, Sony will be bringing an RC Based Motorstorm version that will be available for download on the PSN to your Vita and PS3. There will be four player multiplayer available to PS3 usersand what’s nice about is that with the cloud game save the game will let you play and save the game on the PS3 and you can continue on playing on the Vita while traveling.

The Need for Speed games were always one of the best racing games out there. Now that Michael Bay, who is known for movies such as Bad Boys, The Rock & Transformers: Dark of the Moon just to name a few it should entertaining. In case you didn’t know this time around, Need for Speed is going to have a single player storyline, which adds a very fun feature to the game. You can see the full trailer/commercial below.
Take a look at this new trailer of the upcoming Need For Speed: The Run, a reality based racing style game. Originally it was shown over at E3 this and even though it was announced earlier, it will be interesting to see how this change will be to the Need For Speed franchise. What separates this game from the other games out there in that field is that it will have a single player campaign where there will be walking instead of racing. It’s probably what the game needed to be and the only thing we ask for is better driving mechanics as these racing simulators tend to be hard when it comes to driving.

Take a look at this awesome airplane based game that takes you to the sky for some fun and casual racing. From the looks of thing it seems promising, but like in most racing games it’s really all about the controlling end of it. A lot of the popular racing simulators tend to be really fast and sometimes keeping control of vehicles is hard, so let’s hope that the folks over at Digital Reality have already mastered racing. There isn’t an exact release date for this game, but keep checking with us for more updates.
