A game that will probably take you old school gamers back will be the new Shinobi on the Nintendo 3DS. In the video below you get to see what the developers think and learn of new and interesting features that you can expect in the game. Shinobi was a great platform game for the Sega Genesis and it’s nice to see that Sega isn’t forgetting about those games that everybody enjoyed back in the day. Watch the video below.
There’s now another reason to get excited about Thanksgiving. Not only will it be the day you’re stuffing yourself with a nice big fat turkey on the table, but it will also be the day when Nintendo releases two limited edition Nintendo 3DS bundles (pictured above).
As Nintendo announced, one bundle will include both a “Flame Red” 3DS and Super Mario 3D Land, while another bundle packs in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D as well as a much cooler-looking “Cosmo Black” 3DS that features a fancy Zelda-themed golden design. (With the last bit in mind, do yourself a favor and pick up the Zelda pack.)
Both bundles will be available in the U.S. on Nov. 24 and will retail for $199.99 each.
Check out this new funny video that pokes fun of Mortal Kombat and the Super Smash Brothers games. If there was ever a cross-over game that combined these characters the finish moves would probably look like these.
Check out this funny clip of Mario playing “The Godfather” having a meeting with the other mob families that includes Sonic from Sega, Snake from Konami, Master Chief from Microsoft and Megaman from Capcom. The video makes fun of The Godfather and it’s kind of funny that Mario plays The Godfather as he is Italian. In the video the Godfather Mario orders the killing of these angry birds that are a threat to harcore games out there everywhere.
What can Mario do in a situation in which a Koopa get’s the star instead of him. Well he has to be very afraid and this video makes fun of that. Check out Mario try to run form a Koopa and find out what happens in the end.
The good folks over at Sega have confirmed that Shinobi will be released on November 15, 2011. CRUSH3D™ will be released on February 21, 2012. Both of these titles will be on the Nintendo 3DS, so if you are a fan of the series that owns a Nintendo 3Ds you may get a kick out these awesome game. Shinobi for Nintendo 3DS will put players in the shoes of Jiro Musashi, the father of Joe Musashi from the original 1989 release, offering a glimpse into Musashi family history. Sporting a vast story mode as well as an innovative, yet to be announced StreetPass™ mode, Shinobi will keep players coming back for more ninja action.
CRUSH3D is set in the mind of the young protagonist Danny, where he is testing out his friend’s new invention C.R.U.S.H. When the machine falls in love with Danny, he has to work his way through mind-stretching puzzles that blend 2D and 3D elements to escape its clutches.
