Today we would like to announce the official Uncharted PlayStation Vita Wi/Fi edition Giveaway!

The lucky email subscriber, Facebook or Twitter follower will win the handheld with a copy of Uncharted Golden Abyss on us with free shipping.

As you may already know, PlayStation Vita has already come out in Japan and in February 22, 2012 it will become available in North America and all other non-PAL regions. We would like to celebrate that by giving away one of these handhelds with a copy of Uncharted Golden Abyss, which is exclusive to the PS Vita and will bring to use its rear and front touch features. Coming out in about a week, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will look great and it will have a good story. As you can expect in any of the Uncharted series there’s always a spook in the game and this time there talking cursed fire demons, which sounds scary enough. Watch the exclusive G4TV footage and meet one of the Drake’s fellow protagonists from Northern Africa. All that I can say is that this week is going to be a busy one in gaming.

The Collector’s edition of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception get’s the official unboxing treatment. For $99 fans of the series will be getting their hands on a small box made to look like a 16th century travel case. The box comes with 8½ figurine of Drake for all you collectors out there and in addition to that you guys and gals will be getting a replica of the famous ring shown in the story. It isn’t over just ye if you are buying this edition you will also get the official wearable belt buckle with the horseshoe in it.

The game comes in a steel box, which is the first time that Sony does anything like this. Look out for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception this November 1, 2011 and for now check out the video unboxing below.

In case you were craving some more footage on Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception we have some that features the Villainess Katherine Marlowe. She is a tough bitch that doesn’t mess around and in this video you also see Victor as well as well as a more polished Drake. It will be nice to see how well the guys at Naughty Dog do the desert of the Sahara in this game. In the video it doesn’t seem like they are in the desert or anything, but hey it’s always a treat to see footage of one of our favorite franchises.

There is a rumor going around that Uncharted 3 will probably be around the deserts of Africa. As we mentioned the other day that it will probably be called World of Deceit and a North African style of game will be fun as it will have an Indiana Jones feel to it. We can’t confirms this yet, but Sony is going to reveal one of it’s originals on December 12, a day after the Spike TV Video Game Awards (VGA’s)

So the rumors that were circulating a while back of what the title of of the next installment of Uncharted 3 would be seem a little bit shady, but the chances of Uncharted 3 World of Deceit are very likely as there some situations that back the whole story up. Concept Artist Albert NG of Pasadena, California is claiming that it was just a school project that he did, but to us that story seems bogus as the design is almost to the level that you can expect from Naughty Dog, the game’s creator. If I may add we understand that he probably signed an agreement with Sony and Naughty Dog, where he wouldn’t tell a soul about it and that alone gives him away. Where this rumor get’s some sort of confirmation is that apparently the Amazon store over in France leaked a game entitled “Uncharted 3: World of Deceit” by putting it up for sale in their site. For Amazon to this just seems kind of odd, being that if it is true that the artist in question didn’t do this for Naughty Dog or Sony, why would Amazon make such a mistake?

The Fort a part of the first game will be available via a patch that you will have to download through the Playstation Network. If you thought that you couldn’t get anything free on black Friday then I guess you were wrong.
