This year there are two contenders in the First Person shooter genre and with Battlefield 3 coming around the end of October and Modern Warfare 3 coming in on the beginning of November this is shaping up to be an interesting fall. Take a look at this new trailer of the upcoming Need For Speed: The Run, a reality based racing style game. Originally it was shown over at E3 this and even though it was announced earlier, it will be interesting to see how this change will be to the Need For Speed franchise. What separates this game from the other games out there in that field is that it will have a single player campaign where there will be walking instead of racing. It’s probably what the game needed to be and the only thing we ask for is better driving mechanics as these racing simulators tend to be hard when it comes to driving.

Watch some leaked gameplay footage of what may be the official Call of Duty killer aka Battlefield 3. Click on the thumbnails up top to watch each video and see them in 1080p so you can see how great the graphics of this game will be. The first video is probably our favorite because you get to see what DICE has done with their frostbite 2 game engine. If you can remember Medal of Honor about a year ago looked great and that used Frostbite 1 and that looked great, so imagine Frostbite 2.

Former XBOX front man and now of EA Sports, Peter Moore announces on this year’s E3 that future upcoming EA Sports games will have support for Kinect. Games like Tiger Woods PGA Tour, Madden NFL and FIFA will support Kinect, which probably means that they will support the PS Move as well. This will be interesting, being that Kinect and Move are such a great experience and  one could only imagine what the possibilities of playing Madden NFL could be.
