The cool people over at Sony will be announcing a new game sometime during the day today. Unfortunately our tipster didn’t say get much into details on this new game, but according to him the game is coming and it will be something that we will all love. As always with tips, we just categorize it as a rumor until such time happens in which the game get’s announced. Keep checking with us as time goes and we’ll keep you updated with what happens.
There’s a rumor going around that sort of suggests that Microsoft might add a Blu-ray disc player as an external drive to their popular 360 game console. The rumor comes from the folks over at XBOX 360 Magazine in Italy and according to the latest details it seems like it might be happening. As you may know, the 360 has an inferior DVD drive as their main media format being HD DVD media was discontinued. With Blu-ray on the 360 the sky is the limit when it comes to disk space and you can see that by playing games like Uncharted.
Take this as a rumor as of now, but keep checking with us as we work to confirm this. In our opinion we doubt that this is actually happening as Microsoft is gearing up for their next big console.
With the Earthquake that happened this past Tuesday there might some more bad news as it seems like hurricane Irene might be headed our way. The storm has done quite a lot of damage in the Bahamas and from the looks of things it might be skipping Florida and come to New York, New Jersey and New England.
In an interview with Eurogamer, IO Interactive has revealed that there might be a future for Kane & Lynch as they may end up making another one. For us, we were expecting better things from this game and from playing the demo it sort of discouraged us from checking this game out. We are fans of the series and will eventually buy this game, but it just felt strange and technically that is how Kane & Lynch is supposed to be.

“You either loved it or hated it. Some people liked the juddering camera, home video style. Others absolutely hated it. Some loved the characters. Some didn’t like the characters.
But it’s artistic, thrill-a-minute instant action stuff. I thought it was a great game, but I can understand people might not have liked it.”
There really isn’t a release date on a Kane & Lynch 3 and we can’t expect news to come any sooner as the folks over at IO Interactive are keeping their lips sealed, but lets hope they do this right the next time.
The Sega Dreamcast was a console that wasn’t given the credit that it should of back in the day, but in reality it did have some potential that could of been explored back then. Unfortunately Sega didn’t do much especially with Sonic, which made the Mario games that we play today the hits that they are. Being that Sonic didn’t put up a big fight and Nintendo won with Mario, we all missed out on the potential of the Sega Dreamcast. For our luck of course, Sega is still making games and now things get better as they will be bringing back the old Dreamcast titles like Sonic adventure and Crazy Taxi, a grand theft auto style game where instead of stealing cars you are a cab driver.
If you were like me and went to see that funny movie Tropic Thunder with Ben Stiller and Robert Downey, Jr then you probably saw the funny Grossman played by Tom Cruise. In the movie you get to see Robert Downey, Jr play a black dude and that was funny in itself because he did a good job at it. Then there is Ben Stiller whose the sissy actor and that was funny as hell, but nothing beats Les Grossman who is your stereotypical Jewish Hollywood type with a fucked up ego that’s just goes overboard with his attitude. The good news is that a Mr Les Grossman movie is coming our way so Tropic Thunder isn’t the last that we see of him. For now watch these funny clips below.
