Turn up the volume and prepare to rock out to this dubstep-charged Borderlands 2 trailer, which shows some of the game’s colorful-looking characters, as well as the release date for Gearbox Software’s upcoming shootin’, lootin’ co-op game.

Borderlands 2 will be out in the U.S. on Sept. 18 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Then, three days later, the game will be released “internationally” on Sept. 21, according to an announcement on the game’s official website.

There will be four-player co-op, split-screen, more skills, and apparently lots and lots of guns. Like, “87 bazillion” guns. No, wait, make that “870 gajillion”! Yes, yes, that sounds like a good, fake amount.
