Sony is already working on Playstation 4 games
Sony is has already started working on the games that will be playable on the Playstation 4 according to a Game Informer issue coming from Australia. This just a rumor as of now, but it’s interesting to anyone out there that is thinking about buying a Playstation 3 and isn’t sure if is best to wait. A logical release year on the Playstation 4 will most likely be the holiday season of 2012, which will give the Playstation3 a 5 year lifespan and even if it does comes out it wouldn’t necessarily mean that the PS3 will be gone as there are still game developers making games on the Playstation 2.
We will have to wait and see what happens, but if Sony is already making Playstation 4 games than this means that they already have the console available for their developers to test these games in it or at least a developer kit, which make sense because Sony is trying to approach the whole 3D television thing, but for now keep this in the rumor and speculation category.
