The movie I’m talking about here is called Middle Men starting Luke Wilson, who plays Jack Harris the man that created the first billing system that caters to billing people that want to watch porn over the internet. Back in 1995 this was a big deal because there were no laws about this and at the time the internet was very new, and because computers were awful.
