Power Gig looks like a promising concept

As we were walking through the floors of the Hynes Convention Center and enjoying the Penny Arcade Expo (PAX East 2010) we were handed a Power Gig sticker and looking at the sticker made us look up what this is all about it. As it turns out Power Gig is a game where you can connect a real guitar, play similar to Guitar Hero and rockband, but with an actual guitar as the controller. Check out the trailer below.

Hydro Thunder Hurricane heading toward XBL Arcade

by Elias - on Mar 27th 2010 - 1 Comment

One of the Gamecube’s classics Hydro Thunder has a sequel with Hydro Thunder Hurricane. The game is heading towards the XBOX 360 via XBOX Live which means you will get to download it right to your 360′s Hard drive. Action packed levels of water racing will make the release of this game a good one indeed. Look for Hydro Thunder Hurricane sometime summer 2010, but for now take a look at this awesome trailer below.

People take a look at GameCrush as it might get you laid

by Elias - on Mar 27th 2010 - No Comments

Well one of the problem most gamers face is that getting laid can become a challenge. Most girls don’t like gamers because they think we don’t pay much attention to them due to those god awful games. This is where GameCrush comes in handy, a website dedicated to matching you with girls that are willing to play online with you for a fee of course. As of now the website is down, but this is because they are adding more servers to keep up with demand.

All Points Bulletin Pax East Impressions

by Elias - on Mar 27th 2010 - 3 Comments

After waiting for a long time and almost giving up on the 2K games booth we decided to head on over and see what else does PAX east have to offer. We crossed many cool game developers, but one of our favorites was Realtime Worlds with their upcoming All Points Bulletin. We were in the crowd and as the guy spoke we couldn’t help getting excited about this game. We go a chance to see the graphics and the gameplay and let me be the one to tell ya that the graphics look amazing. The demo they had was for the PC, but you can tell that it’s going to be a fun online experience once it comes out.

The All Points Bulletin team was throwing  t-shirts and yours truly grabbed one of those shirts.

There are rumors of the game coming out on the XBOX 360, but very little information on that. There is zero news or information on whether it will make it to the Playstation 3. As of now the game is only coming out on the PC, which sucks because were not sure if it will make it to the consoles. Realtime Worlds could be testing to see if the game gains popularity and if t does then maybe they will release/port it on different platforms.

Here are some screenshots of All Points Bulletin.
