DJ AM is found dead in his apartment

A great DJ has been found dead on a Manhattan apartment, Adam Goldstein aka DH AM. He was one of the survivors on that horrible plane crash with Blink 182 band member Travis Barker  and he was working on a MTV recovery show on MTV,  A show in which he would help alcoholics and drug addicts recover from addiction. It is really sad because the kid a lot of good things going for himself including the upcoming DJ HERO video game.

Unfortunately there are signs that drug addiction took his life away when they found Drug paraphernalia in the apartment that he was found dead in, but there were no signs of foul play.  His addiction started after the plane crash and it was an up and down situation because of the trauma. Rest In Piece, Man.

In a statement made by a Goldstein representative:

“Adam ‘DJ AM’ Goldstein was found deceased this afternoon in his New York City apartment. The circumstances surrounding his death are unclear. Out of respect for his family and loved ones, please respect their privacy at this time.”
